The "Festival in Our Village" event, launched by the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality for the first time this year, continues to provide children with an unforgettable day. Children from the Mihalgazi and Sarıcakaya districts had a blast at the festival held in the Alpagut neighborhood.
Organized by the Metropolitan Municipality's Department of Culture and Social Affairs, the puppet shows performed by the City Theaters were a huge hit. The program, filled with inflatable playgrounds, fun workshops, and scientific experiments, brought smiles to the faces of the children.
The colorful and educational experiments presented by the expert teams from the Science Experiment Center and Sabancı Planetarium received top marks from the young participants. The children's joy was evident in their eyes, and their families shared in the joy.
Supporting the children, Deputy Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality, Ali Haydar Çelik, said, We are delighted and excited to be here today as part of the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality's first-ever 'There's a Festival in Our Village' event. This special event was planned to provide a fulfilling, fun, and educational day for you, our beloved children. Seeing your happiness and being among hundreds of smiling faces here is an indescribable source of joy for us. We see this festival not only as entertainment but also as an opportunity to further engage the children living in our villages in social life. I extend warm greetings from Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce.
