Hungarian Ambassador Viktor Mátis visited Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce. During the visit where cooperation opportunities between the two parties were evaluated, Mayor Ünlüce drew attention to the multifaceted structure of Eskişehir and said, We are shaping our future by preserving our past.

Hungarian Ambassador Viktor Mátis, who came to Eskişehir to hold various meetings, visited Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce in her office together with First Secretary Roland Végh and Trade Attaché Peter Kövecsi Olah.

Emphasizing the importance of the student population in Eskişehir during the visit, Ambassador Mátis stated that they attach great importance to intercultural communication and expressed his satisfaction with Eskişehir.

Mayor Ünlüce drew attention to Eskişehirs cultural richness, young population and strong position in agriculture and animal husbandry. Stating that the city provides service at metropolitan standards with the opportunities it has, Mayor Ünlüce said, Eskişehir is a strong city in many areas from culture to art, agriculture and animal husbandry to industry. This wealth and diversity is one of the greatest values of our city. We are aware of this power and are working to progress even further in every field. We are moving forward together to make Eskişehir a dynamic city that both embraces its history and is open to innovation. We are shaping our future by protecting our past.
