All music lovers of Eskişehir are invited to the free concert to be held at Çekirdek Eskişehir in Kentpark.
Eylül Nazlıer, who was accepted to the TamART artist residency program from Türkiye in 2024, developed a project called Songs From Home together with Bashar Murad from Palestine and Caroline Sasal from France, after a 4-week study at Les Ballastières.
Drawing from the rich heritage of Zazaki, Palestinian and Occitan cultures, Songs From Home is a unique exploration of identity, resilience and belonging. Accompanied by Kopuz, Cura, Keyboard and Percussion, this project, which is a celebration of the power of bringing together different sounds and traditions of music, will meet its audience on Saturday, April 26 at 19:00 in Çekirdek Eskişehir. The project’s Türkiye tour will also continue with concerts in different cities.
Located in Kentpark, the Çekirdek Eskişehir art workshop will continue to host exhibitions, performances and events of different art disciplines throughout the year in its indoor and outdoor spaces.
